At Charles Jeffrey Loverboy, we hope you love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a secure alternative, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
